Park Overlook is a 162,017 SF Class A Light Industrial Park that is currently under construction in Cary, NC. The project is strategically located on Hwy 55 and immediately adjacent to the Research Triangle Park.

 

The project consists of two buildings, Building 1 at 106,333 SF and Building 2 at 55,684 SF. Available spaces range from 4,200 SF up to 162,013 SF.  Both buildings will feature 24’ clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and two dock-high loading positions per bay. Each bay will include one standard 9’x10’ dock door as well as one enlarged 10’x12’ dock door. The project includes oversized truck courts and 2.02 parking spaces per 1,000sf.​
