Concord Commerce Center is a 358,100 SF Class A Light Industrial Park that is currently under construction in Concord, NC. The project is strategically located along Pitts School Road SW and Concord Parkway S in Concord with access to I-85 3.5 miles away.

 

The project consists of five buildings, Building 1 at 70,800 SF, Building 2 at 75,000 SF, Building 3 at 74,900 SF, Building 4 at 73,800 SF, & Building 5 at 63,600 SF. Buildings 2 & 3 will be 18’ clear while Buildings 1, 4 & 5 will be 24’ clear. Buildings 2 & 3 will feature a combination of dock-high and drive-in loading positions while Buildings 1, 4 & 5 will feature only dock-high loading. The project will feature oversize truck courts, White TPO roofs and 8’ ribbon glass along the building fronts and sides.​
